These Terms govern your use of the Steep Account identity service operated by Steep Technologies ("Steep", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy in full.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Steep Account. If you are a minor under the law of your country, you may use the service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. One account per person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Steep will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use Steep Account to:
Steep Account lets you sign in to first-party and third-party applications using "Login with Steep." When you authorize an app, you allow it to access only the specific profile information and scopes shown on the consent screen. You can review and revoke any connected app from your Dashboard at any time. Third-party apps are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Paid features and purchases are processed through our payment provider. Unless required by applicable consumer-protection law or stated otherwise at the point of sale, purchases are final. Billing questions and refund requests can be sent to [email protected].
All rights in the Steep platform — its software, design, and branding — belong to Steep Technologies. You keep ownership of content you provide, and grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service for you.
The service is provided "as is" and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard or by contacting support; deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the Turkish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
